These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, applications, and other services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Piyote Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Piyote”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Piyote designs, develops, and operates software products and services, including but not limited to blockchain infrastructure, gaming solutions, financial technology platforms, and custom software for clients and partners. Specific features, functionality, and service‑specific terms may be described in separate agreements, order forms, or documentation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement between you and Piyote, the written agreement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
You agree not to use the Services in any manner that:
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, all content, software, code, designs, trademarks, logos, and other materials provided through the Services are owned by Piyote or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes or personal use, as applicable.
Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services or any related content without our prior written consent.
You may upload, transmit, or otherwise make data, code, or materials available through the Services (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Piyote a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, and display such content as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Services and to perform our contractual obligations to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate applicable law.
Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
The Services may integrate with or contain links to third‑party websites, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of such third parties. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement, except to the extent such disclaimers are prohibited by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Piyote and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be limited to the amount you have paid to Piyote for the Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if no such payments have been made, one thousand (1,000) Turkish Lira, to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Piyote and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, are using the Services in a way that may cause harm, or where required by law or a competent authority. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but any provisions which by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. In some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as by email or in‑product notifications). Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Central), Türkiye, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any referenced policies and any separate written agreements between you and Piyote, constitute the entire agreement between you and Piyote regarding the Services.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. The failure of Piyote to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
